When is check in?
You are welcome to check in at 15.00 in the afternoon. We have a luggage room where we can store your luggage if arrriving early. 

When is check out?
Check out is at 12:00 am.

What are the  front desk opening timings?
Day or night, there is always someone ready to serve you at Grow Hotel.

Do you allow animals?
No.

Do you have self- check in and check out?
Yes, if the booking is paid in advance.

Do you take cash?
We don’t accept cash, but you can pay by credit card or debit card. This is a safer and more effective alternative for both you as our guest and for our staff as well.

Hur ser det ut med kommunikationer till och från hotellet?
There is excellent public transportation available to and from the hotel. The closest subway station “Solna strand” is only 300 meters away. The bus stop “Tritonvägen” for the airport bus to Arlanda airport is right outside the hotel. If you are traveling by car there is a guarded garage next to the hotel. In downtown Sundbyberg there is another subway station with a commuter train.

Arlanda airport: 38 km
Solna strand subway: 300 m
Sundbyberg subway and commuter train: 500 m
Airport bus: 10 m (the stop is called Tritonvägen)

Do you have a gym?
All of our guests have free access to our gym and sauna.

Do you offer any accessible rooms?
Yes, we offer accessible rooms in the "Studio Deluxe" category.

Do you have free wifi?
Yes.

What meals can be eaten at your hotel?
We offer a breakfast buffet and dinner at our restaurant Norobata

Do you offer extra beds?
Yes, we offer extra beds in the higher category rooms such as "Studio, Studio Superior and Studio Deluxe". It is important to notify the hotel well in advance of check-in if an extra bed is desired in the room.

How do you work with the environment and sustainability?
Our hotel is eco-labelled with the Green Key. This means that we actively work with environmental and sustainability issues, including by following Green Key's comprehensive criteria. Among other things, we sort and recycle our and our guests' waste, use eco-labelled washing and cleaning products and offer vegetarian options and increase the proportion of organic, eco-labelled, fair trade and/or locally produced food every year.

Is the hotel non-smoking?
Yes.
